ABOUT
We are a full service accounting firm located in Minot, ND founded by Justin Aberle, CPA and Tyson Schatz, CPA.
With a combined 20+ years of public accounting experience. Justin and Tyson decided that they wanted to branch out on their own and start their own practice. We are a family oriented group with small town values. We are both born and raised in Minot and believe in close working relationships with open communication.
Meet the Team

Justin Aberle, CPA
Born and raised in Minot ND, Justin is proud to work and raise his family in the same city he grew up in. He appreciates the small-town values of North Dakota and the abundance of outdoor activities that the great state has to offer. Justin and his wife have three children. In his free time Justin enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, and doing just about anything with his family.
Justin has been a professional in the accounting field since 2010 after graduating from Minot State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of ND. With 13 years of public accounting experience, Justin has served as the trusted advisor to individuals and small businesses through tax planning and preparation, financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, accounting services, and general business consulting. He has an extensive background serving the agricultural community with both individual and business needs. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the ND CPA Society.

Tyson Schatz, CPA
Tyson was born and raised in Minot, ND where he still resides with his girlfriend and their two children. He enjoys living in Minot due to the small town feel while still enjoying the many amenities the city has to offer. Outside of work he enjoys the outdoors and the activities that living in ND offers. He enjoys spending most of his time with his family and attending kids sporting activities. In his free time he likes to golf, hunt, fish and go to the lake with friends and family. He volunteers his time with the Minot Y's Men's Club.
Tyson earned Bachelor of Science degrees in accounting and finance from Minot State University where he was also a member of the football team. Shortly after college he passed the CPA exam and is a licensed CPA in the state of ND. With 11 years of public accounting experience, he has served as the trusted advisor to individuals and businesses through tax planning and preparation, financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, accounting services, and general business consulting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and ND CPA Society.
